OK, so I’ve ordered my seeds – which are actually almost all tomatoes. I love everything about growing tomatoes: the huge variety of seeds, the tiny seedlings that grow so reliably, the distinctive scent of the foliage, the excitement of the first fruits setting, and the satisfaction of picking & eating. My problem is I start too many tomatoes for my garden and then I don’t know where to put them all. I have absolute greed when it comes to tomatoes and I know that I am not alone. I also have a lot of success growing tomatoes. In another blog, at a later date, I will write what works for me, because I am always saddened when people grow tomatoes but never get to eat them except when fried green or as chutney.
